Allison will host an informal and lively roundtable discussion about how to get your foot in the door in the children's publishing marketplace with editors of both magazines and NF books.

Allison will speak for about 45 minutes. Come early and stay late to enjoy refreshments, to visit with fellow writers and to meet new friends as we talk about our love for writing and illustrating children's stories. Schmoozes are havens for networking. They're also known for igniting creativity and uncovering new or hidden talents that attendees didn't know existed within themselves.
